Wear a clean taekwondo DOBOK and tie your belt properly before training.
Maintain good hygiene by keeping your fingernails and toenails trimmed.
Do not wear any jewelry (e.g. earrings, necklaces, rings, or watches).
If your hair is long, please tie it up.
